Matcha White Chocolate Brownies

- 110gWhite chocolate chips(plus extra for topping)

Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.

Melt butter and white chocolate together in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring at intervals to ensure even melting and smoothness. This should take about 4 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, both sugars, and vanilla.

Slowly add the melted white chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until well combined.

Sift in flour, matcha powder, and salt. Stir until thoroughly incorporated.
