Rich Hot Matcha Latte with Oat Milk

- 40ml / 2.5 tablespoonsHot water(70-80°C / 160-175°F)
- 75-100ml / 2.5-3.5 fl ozOat milk
- to tasteHoney, agave, or simple syrup

In a cup, combine 4g matcha powder with your sweetener. Mix thoroughly with a spoon.

Add 10-20ml of hot water (70-80°C) and whisk thoroughly to create a paste.

Add the remaining hot water and whisk until fully dissolved.

Heat 75-100ml of oat milk in a microwave-safe container or small pot. Pour into the matcha mixture and stir. Warm further if desired.
